You can pay through our site with your credit card, choosing either a single payment or one of our online installment options. In online payments, the amount is charged to your card once your order is placed. If an order is cancelled \u2014 including cancellations arising from stock issues \u2014 the refund is made to your credit card within seven business days.<\/p>\n
If your order is cancelled for any reason, Authentic Turkish Bazaar refunds the product cost to your account or credit card within seven business days. To process your refund promptly, please send your bank account or credit card details accurately and in full to our finance team by e-mail.<\/p>\n
We aim to hand your order to the carrier within three business days. Delivery then takes 3\u20137 business days, as noted in the product details, and you will be informed of any possible delay. Please provide an address where you can receive your parcel during the day so that delivery can be completed as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n
Your order is prepared according to the delivery method you select at checkout. Orders from our Istanbul-based company are shipped via MNG Kargo and handed to the carrier within three business days of confirmation. For different delivery arrangements, please consult our customer representative. Kindly note that cargo delivery is currently available within Turkey only.<\/p>\n
If the system cannot complete a transaction for any reason, you will be notified on the payment page. Should there be an error in the address provided, we will contact you regarding the order that could not be delivered. The validity of the e-mail address you provide is confirmed by the automatic e-mail sent once your order is placed. For deliveries realised through the credit card system, our responsibility to you is as defined by the bank we work with.<\/p>\n
If a package appears damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in the presence of the carrier’s representative before accepting it. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept the parcel and report it to the cargo company. Once a product has been delivered, the cargo company is considered to have fully completed its duty.<\/p>\n
